That Rolls doesn’t look nearly as out of place as a truck as it should.

Wait, isn’t this the same company that does small series runs for other companies?

That convertible GT-R actually looks like fun, even with its so-called “numb” driving feel, it’s probably fun to go fast with the wind in your hair and the exhaust note more noticeable in your ears!

I think they should be named BentayGaGa and Rolls Roycenchero.
Problem is that these are all photo shopped pictures. I’m not sure I their execution will be that smooth....

The website mentions making a Ferrari 599 convertible. Doesn’t that basically make it a California? That just seems stupid.

The California is an 8 cylinder and the 599 is a 12. 12>8
It makes it a lesser version of the 599
sa
APERTA which is kind of silly. On the other hand, it looks like the 599 APERTA has appreciated into the 7 figure range so it’s probably more cost-effective to get one made
yourself
.

I feel the same way. I woudn’t use my own money to have one of those made, but like I can’t wait to see if any of these things get made. As long as they stay from really rare cars, I’m perfectly happy.

or just toss a twin turbo SR20DET into a Miata. Best exhaust note ever.

I think the way the Ferrari market works, getting one hand made would reduce your 599 to the 3-figure range. Whether that’s more or less cost effective may be up for debate

If they haven’t built any it’s hard to trust them. They’re iffy shoops at best, and the Impreza bitch-basket is fucking hideous.

I understand the engine difference, I should have specified more along the looks of it. Everybody gives the California hell and taking the top off the 599 makes it look similar imo. Compared to the Aperta, though, it is more cost effective for sure.

Idk, I think the the 599 is just a little bit more angular and aggressive. I’ve seen an APERTA in person before a few times and it had a much more impressive presence. It also sounds amazing, but I totally get where you’re coming from. It’s what the California could have been.

I wouldn’t trust them farther than I could throw the cars they modify, but part of the fun is seeing how awful they end up looking.

That just means somebody is one step closer to a LeMons budget Ferrari

Yeah, not exactly the same, just similar. You’re spot on with saying it definitely is what the California could have been. I completely agree with that.

To be fair to Ferrari and the rest of the world, most cars should be really should be some kind of modified 599 GTO. Like most things would be improved with that engine and those looks.
